We recently built a new home in Sun City for our future retirement home. This required coordinating from where we live in Vermont, dealing with construction issues, and all of the other little details over the course of a year. Carolyn Welch was our eyes and ears in Bluffton, and we always felt like we were in good hands. She was wonderful to work with. Responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. We worked with Brenda to build a house in Latitudes Margaritaville. Much of the process was prescribed by the builder, but Brenda was with us every step of the way. She was a terrific help and support as we built from out of state. She asked great questions during our meetings and assisted us throughout the process.
