Hampton Lake is a total of 906 acres with 900 homes planned. The property was named “America’s Best” Community & Club. Pretty impressive! At Hampton Lake you will find a way of life centered around a 165-acre freshwater lake and incredible resort-like amenities everyone would love. If you are NOT a golfer, this is the place to be! Over 600 families are already living here! Something to keep in mind---If you do play golf, you can join the golf club at the adjacent Hampton Hall for $5,000 and pay non-resident dues of $5,289 per year.

The first time I saw Hampton lake I was shocked! Once you see it you will understand why Bluffton is exploding in growth. Hampton Preserve within Hampton Lake has 340 acres of protected land. So if you are into nature, this is the place. One of the guys I work with lives at Hampton Lake. He is NOT a golfer and says he loves it! Tons of things to do!

Hampton Lake also has a great model home program. You can get a great idea of living in the area and what your dollar will get you by walking through the models! Currently some are being offered for sale with a nice lease back option.
