At Rose Hill Plantation, you will find a variety of lifestyles and homesites that includes large golf fairway homesites, country estates of 2.5 to 4 acres, and oversized marsh waterfront lots with views extending to the Colleton River. The 2,000 acres includes 18 holes of golf, docks for fishing and boating on the Colleton River, tennis centers, pools, recreation parks, and a complete equestrian center with 50 acres of pasture and 17 miles of greenbelt riding and hiking trails.
Rose Hill Plantation today is made up of over 960 homes and home sites situated between Belfair Plantation and Eagles Point, approximately 10 miles West of Hilton Head Island.The Plantation has a great Equestrian Center consisting of stables, paddocks and polo field. Members of the Association have access to trails that weave in determined areas throughout parts of the North side of the Plantation. This Equestrian Facility provides Rose Hill owners with an amenity that is unique within the County. On occasion, Sometimes Rose Hill welcomes the general public to participate in various Equestrian Events.
The South Side owners enjoy luxurious views provided by an 18-hole golf course laced with ponds, lagoons and beautiful trees, creating a low country paradise that is home to many happy residents. The Northside offers a swimming pool, two Hardcourt tennis courts and the Colleton Point area with boat ramp, dock and meeting center, while the Southside includes two swimming pools and two clay courts. There are approximately 17 miles of roads and paths in the Plantation and they have 24/7 security.
If you have an interest in golf, there is no need to join the Club. Brown Golf controls the Club and the course.
