Working with John Weber has been an 100% positive experience. He did a great job during the entire process from finding a home, interacting during the building process, and the final close. He knows everyone in the area - other brokers, other builders, home inspectors, etc. - and just gets things done to make sure his client's interests are being addressed. We were buying a house remotely and he regularly checked in, often sent pictures/videos of progress, and solved any issues that came up during the build process. He also stays connected after the close to make sure things are going well. I would absolutely recommend working with John and his team if you are thinking of buying or selling. He's a pro, he knows how to get things done, and is great to work with.
