John is a great listener, extremely patient, accessible, responsive, sincere and approaches his role with the utmost level of professionalism - all with a genuinely warm demeanor and great sense of humor (don't tell him though). Aside from helping us discover our dream home, which we don't think would have happened on our own, John was extremely helpful with providing pre-contract market intelligence and negotiation guidance as well as excellent post-contract references for mortgage options, insurance brokers and legal representation. None of which we had any clue about given that we were coming from the Northeast.
